Cancellation by SDN Digital Innovation Academy: If we cancel a training, a 100% refund will be issued within the next five days.
Cancellation by Participants: If you need to cancel your registration, a 100% refund will be provided if canceled within 15 days from the date of registration. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. We recommend participants to inform us of cancellations as early as possible to allow for better planning and coordination.
