Terms and Conditions
Training registration and participation terms migrated from the previous SDN Academy website.
1. Registration
By registering for our training, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2. Payment
Payment is due in full upon registration. Access to training materials will be granted only upon confirmation of successful payment. For on-site trainings, a payment link will be sent via email with the training confirmation. Registration constitutes a binding commitment to participate in the training and to remit all applicable fees.
3. Access
Your access to training content is granted for the specified duration only. Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution of training materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Cancellation by SDN Academy
If we cancel a training session, you will receive a 100% refund of any fees paid, issued within five business days of the cancellation notice.
5. Cancellation by participants
If you cancel within fifteen calendar days of your registration date, you will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. Participants are encouraged to notify us of cancellations as early as possible to assist in scheduling and coordination.
6. Participant conduct
All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during all training sessions. We reserve the right to revoke access to training without refund in cases of inappropriate conduct, harassment, or violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All training materials are the intellectual property of Swiss Digital Network and its registered expert cells. Any reproduction, distribution, or other use beyond the scope of the training is prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All information shared during training sessions, including participant contributions and discussions, must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
9. Data security
We employ industry-standard measures to safeguard your data; however, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
10. Disclaimer
Swiss Digital Network is not liable for technical issues, interruptions, or disruptions beyond our control that may affect your participation in the training.
