From fieldwork to classroom
Rouaa Ben Ayed is a DevOps engineer at Swiss Digital Network. Her work centers on cloud-native platforms that teams can observe, test, and operate under real production conditions. She works across delivery automation, Kubernetes, telemetry, reliability testing, and platform operations.
Rouaa studied engineering at the National Engineering School of Tunis. Her professional certifications include Grafana Observability Solution Architect, Harness Certified Continuous Integration Developer, and the IBM DevOps and Software Engineering specialization. At Tech Talks Basel, she co-presented practical work on load testing, fault injection, and OpenTelemetry health checks.
At Swiss Digital Network Academy, Rouaa teaches agentic software delivery and the application of machine learning to operational data. Her sessions connect forecasting, anomaly detection, log analysis, and automated verification with the engineering controls needed for dependable delivery.
